SERVICE REGIONS

Your language. Your service. Your choice.

Choose the service where you want your account and data to belong. Set your interface language independently.

01

Two separate services

Mainland China (CN) and International (GLOBAL) have separate accounts, data and memberships. The same email or login identity can belong to different accounts in the two services. The international business service is hosted in the United States.

02

Choose before signing in on iOS

On supported iOS versions, choose a service on the login page before signing in. To change it, sign out first, choose the other service and sign in there. Returning to the previous service also requires signing in again. Language, location and network problems do not switch your service automatically.

03

Your language is a separate setting

Changing the interface language does not move your account or select another service. Choose the language you prefer and the service that fits your account.

04

Keep purchases with their owner

Switching service does not transfer content or membership. Restore purchases while signed in to their original service and account. If ownership cannot be verified, contact support; buying again does not transfer an existing purchase.

05

Platform and channel differences

Domestic Android distribution and Harmony use CN. Google Play distribution uses GLOBAL. These channels do not offer the iOS service switch. This describes the app's channel rules, not a guarantee that a listing is currently available in your store.

06

Understand third-party processing

International service does not show domestic ads. The business service region does not mean all third-party processing is confined to that region. Review the Privacy Policy and third-party sharing list, especially before sharing sensitive content with AI.
